    As a Management Trainee, you will participate in an intensive 18-month paid management program to prepare you for success in one of Ryder's functional areas in a managerial role. Our trainees start in a customer relationship role and become involved in other shop management initiatives through on-the-job learning as well as targeted learning activities. The Management Trainee will work through an intensive training program while working in the role of a Rental Sales Representative (RSR). In this role, you will learn to sharpen your sales and operations skills and learn rental operations and rental management.
     

    Requirements / Exigences

    - Bachelor's degree or another related degree is required
    - Relocation within the Business Unit at the conclusion of the training program is required
    - Strong PC skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages required
    - Two to five (2-5) years of customer service with issues resolution experience required
    - Acute attention to detail

    Responsibilities / Responsabilités

    • Reduce safety related losses within the SCS organization
    • Drive Ryder SHS process consistency
    • Drive improved regulatory, compliance and accountability
    • Improve employee retention, productivity and quality of life
    • Analyze loss experience trends and causes
    • Improve bottom line performance through reduction of injuries, collision and security losses
    • Drive improved compliance and accountability
    • Reporting analytics – support ROI on safety spending
    • Other duties as assigned
